یک فرمانده محلی گروه طالبان در ولایت فراه در جریان درگیری با نیروهای ائتلاف روزکشته شد.

در اعلامیه که از سوی نیروهای ائتلاف در میدان هوایی بگرامی منتشر شده آمده است که این رویداد زمانی به وقوع پیوست که نیروهای امنیت ملی افغان و قوای ائتلاف در حال گفتگو با بزرگان محلی ولسوالی خاک سفید فراه بودند که هدف حمله طالبان مسلح قرار گرفتند.

به نقل از این اعلامیه خبری در جریان درگیری حاجی غلام جان یکی از افراد برجسته گروه طالبان که با فرمانده هان طالبان و جنگجویان خارجی در ارتباط بود به قتل رسید.

نیروهای ائتلاف مدعی هستند که در این حادثه به افراد ملکی و نیروهای افغان و خارجی هیچ آسیبی نرسیده است.

تاکنون گروه طالبان در ولایت فراه در این مورد اظهار نظری نکرده اند.
