KABUL-5 May, 2008 (Wakth News Agency): the blast occurred due to improvised explosive devices (IED) at the fifth district of Kabul this morning in a ruined house said the official here today.

Gen Ali Shah Paktiawal Crimes Branch chief of the Kabul police headquarters said :(( few children were playing with fuse of Mortar, which was over left, from the civil war at the damaged house blown up on those children.))

Furthermore Paktiawal told, one teenager and two children killed at the  incidence and two more wounded.

In addition to this Paktiawal said, the killed and injured children are the locals, who were playing at the same area.

Paktiawal also reported, that the physical condition of two other children are stable and under control.

Despite this explosion occurs, following the assertion of area, as clean and safe for residency, from the Mines and IED by various mines cleaning organization.
