The reason for establishment of such an office is; to report people voice and critical comments about the governmental officials, to be heard and referred for further investigation and eventually to have an outcome for the people.
"On decree of president I have been chosen for this position", said Asadullah Wafa today in a press conference to the reporter.
Yet seven zonal offices have sited, considering the availability of funds, we will open one office per province, he added.
In addition to this, he informed the reporters about nearby planed tour of ombudsmen to different province for listening peoples' troubles and conveying it to the governmental officials.
The office for complaint commission is responsible to report people vices to the Afghan president, currently the office has 32 civil servants in its structure, but Wafa determined to expand the network at the nearest future.
