Helmand 09 March 2008 (Wakth News Agency): A roadside bomb struck a civilian car in restive Helmand province on Saturday, killing three persons including two children and wounding another, said the press statement of the country's Interior Ministry.
"Two children and an old man were killed and a woman was injured as their vehicle ran over the mine in Nad Ali district this morning," the statement added.
In the press release the Interior Ministry blamed "the enemies of peace", a termed used against Taliban insurgents, adding the militants are doing enmity with the locals.
However, Taliban didn't make any comments yet.
